Egg Vs. Chicken Goes FREE For The First Time

It really seems to me that the egg wouldn't stand a fighting chance, but whatever. Egg Vs. Chicken (iPhone) is free, it's developed by acclaimed Diner Dash creators PlayFirst, and it's cute as heck.

148Apps: 4.5/5 "Egg vs. Chicken is one of those rare gems that I have to encourage as many people as possible to buy. It’s cute, it’s easy to play and it entices you into playing for much much longer than you’d envisage. It could well be the next Plants vs. Zombies or Angry Birds. It certainly deserves to be."

TouchGen: 4/5  "I got really surprised by Egg vs. Chicken, and it shows that you should not judge an app by its name. Instead of being a clone it brings a completely unique gameplay formula to the App Store, and it is a fun one at that. If you are into match three games or barricade defence games this title comes highly recommended."

SlideToPlay: 3/4  "It has a great sense of humor, complete with ridiculous animation, and its sharp interface makes navigating the game a breeze. The cramped play space, which is constantly spammed by eggs with touchy controls, does diminish our enthusiasm. Still, it is a good game, especially for Match-3 addicts looking for a fresh fix."
